Biography

My name is Dawn-Ann Williams, and I have been a teacher for over twenty years, with a successful track record of helping children of all ages learn and grow. Since I was young, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher, and I have always been passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others.

For more than a decade, I have been teaching after-school reading programs to primary-aged students who are struggling with their studies. I find this work particularly fulfilling as it enables me to provide individualized attention and support to students who need it most.

Currently, I work as the School-Based Assessment Coordinator at my school, where I am responsible for ensuring that students are meeting their academic goals. My diploma in Early Childhood Education from St. Joseph's Teachers' College has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to be an effective teacher and leader.

Outside of teaching, I am a mother to one daughter and actively involved in my church. I lead the ushering department and serve on the finance committee. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, discovering new places, and experimenting with new recipes.
